It was really wonderful volunteering to support such an important cause. Other WiCS members and I got to meet several key players who are shaping technology education for the better. Theres something electrifying when you get to meet and interact with women like Meghan Smith, Ruthe Farmer, and Brenda Wilkerson. I can't wait to see how this initiative grows!
